About me

Hi, I'm Aichi Ali

Certified Wellness Coach & Meditation Facilitator (Chopra Center)
Somatic Healing Certified
Labor & Delivery Nurse (10+ years)

Currently completing: Holistic Nursing Certification

For over a decade, I've worked as a labor and delivery nurse. As incredible as it is to witness a baby's first breath and support parents through intense moments, I wanted to connect more deeply with people beyond those singular experiences. I've always been drawn to understanding what's happening beneath the surface, partly from my own need to understand myself and heal.

That pull led me to coaching. Now I help people see what they can't see about themselves and make different choices from that clarity.

I'm a lifelong learner who dives deep into what I'm passionate about. My training in psychology, nursing, meditation, coaching, and somatic work all connects back to the same curiosity: how patterns form, how change happens, and why insight alone isn't enough.

My Journey

My early life was shaped by change & chaos.

Growing up without stability taught me to observe closely and pay attention to what was happening beneath the surface.

As a teenager, therapy gave me language for my inner world and taught me how to reflect on what I was feeling and what wasn't mine to carry.

Working in labor and delivery taught me how people actually respond under stress, how to stay steady when emotions surface, and how to hold space for intensity without rushing to fix. It also taught me that transformation doesn't happen through force. It happens through presence, trust, and being witnessed clearly.

Later, despite years of personal growth, I reached a point where understanding myself wasn't enough.

I could see my patterns, but I was still repeating them. I was capable and responsible, but burned out and losing touch with myself.

What shifted things wasn't more insight. It was learning to slow down, listen to my body, and make decisions from alignment instead of fear.

That process changed how I live and how I make decisions. The calm I bring to this work comes from having lived it myself.

What I Bring & How I Live

People tell me I help them shift their perspective in ways that make them feel more capable, hopeful, and seen. It's not something I force or follow a formula for. It just comes naturally.

My nursing background taught me to recognize dysregulation, stay steady with emotions, and know when someone needs grounding rather than more insight. I'm trained to listen beneath words, notice subtle shifts, and hold space for intensity without rushing to fix.

My own experience taught me what it feels like to be stuck and what it feels like when something finally shifts and life begins to move again. I bring both clinical discernment and lived understanding to this work.

I work in a way that's both deeply attuned and highly practical. Sessions with me are grounded, focused, and safe. You won't feel analyzed or pushed. You'll feel seen, steady, and more connected to your own clarity.

Outside of coaching,
my life is intentionally simple and grounding.

I feel most like myself when I’m near the ocean. Walking along the beach, watching the waves, letting my nervous system settle. Nature has always been a place where things make sense again for me, whether that’s the sound of wind through trees or a quiet mountain view.

I’m deeply fulfilled by time with my closest family members, who are also my best friends. Shared meals, meaningful conversations, laughter, and talking about growth, life, and what we’re learning are some of the moments I value most.

I’m naturally organized and find real peace in order and clarity… whether that’s a clean, cozy home or helping someone sort through what feels overwhelming. That love of creating calm and structure shows up both in my life and in how I support others.

Movement and stillness are both important to me. Yoga has been a spiritual and grounding practice over the years, and meditation has been a steady practice for me, especially during high-stress seasons of life and work.

I also love quiet reflection — journaling, writing, and noticing the small realizations that surface when there’s space to listen. These practices aren’t separate from my work; they’re part of how I live.
