MY APPROACH

I've always had a natural way of creating order in what feels chaotic.

In a physical space, I can instantly see where things belong so they feel clear, calm, and functional. In conversation, I do the same by listening for what's underneath, noticing what's aligned, what's out of place, and what's weighing someone down.

I've supported thousands of women through birth as a labor and delivery nurse. This taught me to stay calm in chaos and trust my instincts when the stakes are high. For years, I supported women through their most transformative moments: births, losses, healing. I learned to read what wasn't being said and respond to what was truly needed, even when it wasn’t being said.

That same skill now shapes how I coach. As a Chopra-certified coach, I bring that same intuitive awareness to help you navigate your own transitions. I don't just listen to what you're saying. I notice what you're not saying. I see the patterns you've stopped noticing and the truths you've been avoiding.

That's why women come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out. I help them define what matters, release what doesn't, and uncover their next step.

My Story: Finding my way Back to Me

A few years ago, I realized I didn't even recognize the woman I'd become. I'd lost the practices that grounded me—meditation, reading, journaling. I'd had a devoted yoga practice, then COVID happened. Years passed, and I realized I didn't even miss yoga anymore. My go-to unwind became binging the next show, putting my TV on sleep mode to decompress.

I didn't even recognize it happening—didn't know I could become this person.

What helped me find my way back was a pull, an ache for real calm. I realized I wasn't really content. I missed the calmness that was deep-rooted. After going through a tough breakup and feeling the drain of constantly caring for others, I just got tired of being tired.

I knew I needed to find my center again—and make it stronger than ever. I needed to care for me the way I cared for others.

I "organized" my life like I would organize a room by sorting through my thoughts, my needs, what helps me most. I started taking small steps toward building what makes me feel most like me: meditating, journaling more, scheduling my self-care, setting boundaries for things that didn't balance me. I took long walks, got out in nature.

The transformation was profound. I stopped binge-watching. I created night rituals with dim lights and reading. Quiet. I felt calm, centered, and clear again.

What I know now, in my bones, that I couldn’t see then: The discomfort of not living true to myself was what got me to dive deep. Even what felt like dark days led me to be even stronger in who I am and encouraged me to live my best life.

It was like I was cocooning to really step into my full self.

If I could go back and speak to myself during that "off-track" season, I would say: You are doing your best right now, and when you're ready, you will shift it. See your strengths. Give yourself grace.
